Registered and can no longer attend? Cancellations will only be accepted by email (email@example.com), and the time of receipt of the email will be used to determine the date and time of notification. Refunds will be processed back via the original payment method if possible. We can only issue refunds to those who notify us of cancellations.
Cancellation policy for our dance courses:
Cancellations made at least one week before the class begins are eligible for a full refund, but please let us know ASAP if you know that you no longer can attend, so that we may offer your spot to someone else.
Cancellations received at least one day before the class begins are eligible for a 50% refund.
In the case of no-shows with no cancellation notification, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation policy for our events:
If you decide not to come (due to personal reasons or due to Covid-19), you must notify us as soon as possible.
These are the possible scenarios:
You find a replacement and you sell your ticket yourself. You lose no money and there will be no administrative costs. In case a participant can’t make it to the event, he/she can find a replacement and has to arrange the financial aftermath by himself. If you are a cancelling lead, you have to find another lead. If you are a cancelling follow, you have to find another follow. The name of the new participant must be made personally or via email.
You have a doctor’s notice for a positive Covid-19 test or a doctor’s notice for a mandatory quarantine. You can sell your ticket or get a 50% refund.
We allow ticket holders to give their tickets to another person of their choice. In case of a ticket exchange, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible via email. The ticket exchange is only valid if the new ticket holder’s first and last name and email address are provided.
However, since our events are relatively small we are always balancing on breaking even line. If you are not able to find another person in your place, refund most likely will not be possible…
