Dear dancers,

We are delighted to start dancing again. In order to start up again safely, we have put in place a couple of rules that will be valid for our upcoming courses and practice sessions:

• Access to courses & practice sessions require a valid COVID19 check QR code, which we will check every session when entering the location.
• If you don’t have a QR code, you can also show us a self test on location. You can bring your own self test, or purchase a self-tests on location for a fee of 2 euros (we have enough). A self test has to be taken each time you want to enter without a QR code. Please take into account that the self test takes approx. 15 minutes, so please arrive early if this option applies to you.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept self-tests. Everybody needs to present a valid vaccinaction/test certificate.
• In class, we offer the option of rotating partners. If you don’t feel comfortable rotating partners, please indicate so in the sign-up form, so we can plan our classes accordingly.

These measures help us to make classes safe for all students & teachers. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

General measures

Wash & disinfect your hands before the class starts. During the breaks we will also give you the opportunity to wash your hands

If you feel sick and/or have any symptoms, you need to stay at home. In case you have to miss a paid class because of symptoms and/or sickness, you can request for a refund. We will register the attendance for each class, so that we can immediately inform you if someone was tested positive. 

We expect you to follow all the instructions, and respect the safety of your classmates and teachers.

Overall, we could not be more excited to welcome you again. We missed dancing and we missed you.

Wij zijn verheugd weer te kunnen dansen! We hebben enkele regels opgesteld zodat we weer veilig kunnen beginnen. Deze regels zijn van kracht voor de lessen en oefensessies die binnenkort beginnen.

• Om toegang te krijgen tot de lessen en oefensessies heb je een geldige COVID-19 QR code nodig. Wij zullen dit elke les checken zodra je de locatie binnenkomt.
• Als je geen geldige QR code hebt dan kun je ook een zelf-test doen op de locatie. Je kunt je eigen zelf test meebrengen of deze kopen op de locatie voor 2 euro per stuk. Een zelf test moet elke keer gedaan worden als je geen geldige QR code hebt. Omdat de zelftest 15 minuten duurt vragen we je om ruim op tijd te komen zodat de les op tijd kan beginnen.
• In de les roteren wij partners. Als je dit niet fijn vind kun je dit aangeven op het aanmeldingsformulier zodat wij de lessen goed in kunnen plannen. Je kunt dan met je eigen partner blijven dansen.

Deze maatregelen helpen ons om de lessen voor zowel docent als student veilig te houden. Mocht je je op enig moment onveilig voelen dan kun je altijd contact met ons opnemen.
