We collect basic contact information, enrollment records, payment records, and survey responses. We use this information to run our courses and events, and to inform people on our mailing list about swing dance and jazz music related events we think they might be interested in.

Cancellations and Refunds

Registered and can no longer attend? Cancellations will only be accepted by email, and the time of receipt of the email will be used to determine the date and time of notification. Refunds will be processed back via the original payment method if possible. We can only issue refunds to those who notify us of cancellations.

Cancellations made at least one week before the class begins are eligible for a full refund, but please let us know ASAP if you know that you no longer can attend, so that we may offer your spot to someone else.

Cancellations received at least one day before the class begins are eligible for a 50% refund.

In the case of no-shows with no cancellation notification, no refunds will be issued.
